   It seems like fair game and also a good idea to allow Tenaril's teleportation spell to all new players even after the deadline of this occasion.

The spell will be available for as long as new players have only one town and will give them the time to choose an alliance and place their town accordingly and also will allow people to call their friends in game and claim together a spot on the map.
