   Also, all "banned" players go through the suspension process.
Basically, once an account has the text (Suspended) after it's name, it's not going to be coming back to life, but the reason could be either player request or something more nefarious.

	I think a suspension is where a player requested his account to be deleted, and a ban is where a player "like revenge" broke the rules numerous times. I believe a ban is permanent.
