St Aug, do you not see how hypocritical you are being.  On the first point you claim your (justifiable) right to come on here and tell people NOT to surrender, but then you criticize those who say people should not be pushed toward that path.

Do you honestly think you have the right to say what you want, but that others have no right to say anything in opposition?

Secondly your stance, whilst it being 'your stance' is very odd for someone that has not become involved in this war, your actions themselves are hypocritical.  If you believed what you are claiming then surely you would join the coalition and fight to your very last city for them.

Further, you go on about this being 'just a game' and again in that sense you are right, but then you claim surrendering in this game signifies something serious.

With all these hypocrisies and contradictions, do you really think we should take your posts with even a pinch of seriousness?


This thread is not about you or your views... this thread has seen two people give public confirmation of their surrender, which should not be criticized, after all this is a game and if they are no longer finding the war enjoyable then why should they continue, rather than surrendering from the war and getting on with parts of this game that they personally do enjoy?

Aug I have stated many times in GC, that I understand this is a game and that I wont fold because I wont care. However SOME players may feel pressured and leave illy. SO they are loosing out on this game and we are loosing out on them, I don't really think that's fair for both sides really, surrender shouldn't be something to be scared of
