Kilo, this IS the Bitter Sea, after all. Spoilers get irritating, especially when broadcasted in GC.

There were clues as to what the mystery was in the Herald, if anyone had bothered to look.  When someone did investigate, they found this (the heart of corruption), and immediately posted it on the forums as well as GC. Admittedly, this is a mystery of a different sort, although it has many similarities with the Fortress of shadows.  The only meta-game difference is that mysteries were known to occur at the time of the FoS, as opposed to the HoC, when mysteries were not as well known, or not know at all.

Actually, Tagrung found it randomly when searching for a spot for his city, so in that case we had no idea it was mystery related.

I'm not calling anyone out in this thread, just stop pasting various clues and coordinates of these mysteries.  its ok to put it in the wiki, if someone wants to dig up information for that, they will find the time to look it up, but please stop pasting it into the global chat.

I am getting sick and tired of people who find out mysteries then tell the whole world.  Keep it with yourself, i have never done the steamtastic brewery, or the temple of reason because people fwd' the coordinates everywhere, ruining the fun of finding it on the map, and then tell you how to do i!

More recently the FoS "fortress of shadows" after searching and searching i finally find it, tell global of my victory and about to wish them good luck when people tell me someone already posted the coords on global.

If you want to tell your friends fine, but dont tell the whole freaking world, there are people "like me" that want to find these things out by themselves.
