   By production structures they are referring to what players call 'advanced (or T2) production structures', i.e. Tannery, Spearmaker, etc.
For basic resource production the ammount you gain is according to the value of the plot.  For example a 5,5,5,5,5 plot will give 1% in any basic for each level of sov you have.  Where-as a 0,0,0,0,20 plot would give you 4% boost in food per level, but will not give any boost to the other basic resources.

P.S.  You do not need to use such a large font.

	Why I got only 1% food bonus from my sov farmstead? There is written "+5% production speed p/h per level of all Production Structures"
