The long and short of it is that - if more than 2 accounts share the same computer/IP address there is a slightly larger chance that the multi-account-hunting software will flag your account(s) up for further investigation; however in these circumstances we always do a manual review (including getting in touch with the players involved for further explanation) and you won't just find your accounts suspended suddenly.
However, the software is substantially more sophisticated than simple IP matching so this is a rare circumstance.
We do, indeed, have (for example) single computers on school/university campuses or military bases that are used by multiple account holding players, and the software has no problems in distinguishing between the different players' "playstyles" in order to differentiate between them.
