Wont you have to have the diplo unit in the army to stop non confed/napped players from doing that?

Ya'll are forgetting a major part! Sure update is close but then you got 4 hours research and then 8 hours to do the skinning/mining/herbing. :P
So add 12 hours ontop of all that before you really get going.
