I get an error like this

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.




HELP!

Is it just me, or is the server down? 

I've logged in, and I'm stuck on the "welcome to Illyriad" screen, with the spinning loading circle.

In addition, the resources and notifications bars have text, rather than images (@i=4|11 and so forth).

The same thing happened on Chrome and Firefox and even Internet Explorer.
