When a City is selected in the To City: box, and that city is your own, it would be helpful if a list of basic and advanced res is presented below (just like the Resources ribbon near the top of the page), along with the total Store/Warehouse capacity.
This UI would make it easier for players to send supplies between their cities, without having to flick between cities and remember several values.

I'd love such feature, even better would be the dashboard page you already suggested.
