Send Max Button for Caravans

   It would certainly help for cases where I  want to send all, but don't see how much I have, because the name is really long something exoskeleton, and the amount is pushed under the scrollbar.

	I was wondering if we could add a send max button for caravans. I would find this very helpful and much quicker when sending gathered or adv res from one point to another. As it is now, i have to select all the res I want to send and then go back and see what number I have of each to send. With this I could send all my gathered ores to my crafting with with a couple clicks rather than click, scroll, type, click.
