Due to the diplomatic attacks against Havoc by several members of KT (The new name of ICON does not fool anyone) Havoc is now at a state of War against them. We intend to teach KT our resolve in the matters of our homes. We will not be attacked and accept it. We will not be coerced by force. We have been attacked, the treaty of non aggression violated, and because of this, we now seek the destruction of those forces arrayed against us to our detriment. We have not initiated this war in anyway, but we will respond with determination, courage, and swift resolution against those that bring war to our doorstep. We have sought peace, but now that peace is not possible, we will seek to end the unwarranted aggression that has been displayed against us with the same vigor that we pursued peace.
