Lol I can't get my head round that first one even when I know the answer.
EDIT:
So you are the 'sometimes' guy and you are standing infront of the safe door.
Person walks up to you and says "if I were to ask you if this was the safe door, would you say 'yes'?"
Now if you were currently telling the truth you would say 'yes'. But ONLY if you knew that if the same person came back to you later and asked "if this the right door?" that you would say yes. If you knew you were going to lie later you would say 'no' to the initial question. If you didn't know if you might lie or tell the truth later you would have to say you didn't know.
If you were currently lying you would say 'yes'. But ONLY if you knew that if the same person came back to you later and asked "if this the right door?" that you would say no. If you knew you were going to tell the truth later you would say 'no' to the initial question. If you didn't know if you might lie or tell the truth later you have to randomly pick either yes or no (but not say you didn't know cos that'd be the truth).
Basically... I reckon Kelis answer above gives a good solution if there are only two doors and 2 men and no 'sometimes' guy. The sometimes guy messes things up and it is impossible to say whether he is standing infront of the safe or death door unless you get more information about the problem (like: "the 'sometimes' guy sometimes lies and sometimes tells the truth, but he is consistent for 2 questions at a time from 1 person)
Then you could change your question to "If the next question I ask you is 'is this the safe door' would you say 'yes'?"
SOLVED (kinda) :D

Riddle:
Today he is there to trip you up and he will torture you tomorrow. Yet
he is also there to ease the pain, when you are lost in grief and
sorrows!
