I guess a player banned for being underaged could come back when gets the up to right age ...
Is like forbidding alcohol until you are 16/18 or whatever ... when you are 15 you cannot drink ... but when you are 45 you could drink ... not because it was forbidden when you were 15 that you are forbidden for life.
Am I right, or this is too logical?

so... a player banned for being underage... is banned for life? never allowed to return? if that is not the case.... when and how can they return?

The Dark Empire offers Moka 100 prestige, and all the resources we can muster, if she comes back to the game. Also I will rename a city after her.
We want all the negativity from these current situations to fade away. If anyone could please tell her our offer, it would be appreciated.
