    i just finished Ranged Weapons, i can make archers but i can't build a fletcher and i don't see any research in the academy for that.  Also, i don't get the point of Offensive tactics, Defensive tactics, Discipline and Seasoning. i don't see any specific bonuses. just a bunch of words that would make a great story.
