Research: change behaviour of floating details

   Currently, when you float over a research item, you see a pop-up.
Suggestion: when a research item is clicked, present the pop-up, with the addition of a button on the bottom, "Research this".

This has benefits:
Touch screen users will be able to see the pop-up, and
The icons within (e.g. crafting research/ingredients) can be looked-at with a mouse-over (and you can give those the same treatment if you like, to make those more usable)

	I like this idea. Another option could be to make it a settable option to have it popup for force-click to see the information.
