More reports means more people were offended, which helps prioritize offenses as well as marginalize the reports of over-sensitive nannies.  Otherwise, what would differentiate your mildly naught word from the person who just has an enemy who enjoys abusing the report function?

I think that a player should only be able to be reported once per post. I just got reported twice, and I only said a mildly naughty word ONCE.
