Can you walk us through reporting a chat or rules violation? Thank you, just want to make sure I know what I'm doing. -Jane

I am not GM Luna (obviously).
But you file a petition by clicking http://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/#/Player/Support Choose Rules and Policies, identify the player or players and the time and date. I generally paste in the remarks from chat or mail. One warning, pasting from chat will not paste the names of the players who are chatting, so you have to identify them. GM Luna usually responds within a day or so; she will not provide information about any action taken but will thank you for reporting the issue.

Thank you Rill, that is correct. Same procedure if the item came in the form of mail, send a petition with a copy of the message inside.
