Thank you, so the "Level" isn't actually an advancing level, it's more like a "Type" ?

The numberpad  trademark symbol doesn't bode well on the forums, I recommend doing this "Soon(TM)"

The Quests are completely randomly generated unless they are multipart in which case the second or third part follows the first or second (obviously).

Level 1 are always Trade Quests involving caravans

Level 2 are always Diplomatic Quests involving scouts

Level 3 will be Military Quests and I believe these will be released 'soon(tm)'

OK, I understand that with the amount of Quests I am being given, it would be virtually impossible to ensure that every quest I got was new & unique, but how are they generated, is it just totally random ?

The reason I ask is because I have just completed Part 2 of The Deer Stalker and have gone back to accept Part 3, and my next quest to start (apart from The Deer Stalker, Part 3) is  The Deer Stalker, Part 1 !!!

Also, my Quests under the "Trade Contacts" heading are Level 1 and my Quests under the "Diplomatic Contacts" heading are Level 2 ... what determines these levels ?
