Hello,
Me and my friend lately started the game and i have to say we are more than impressed
The game has many things to offer but after some times we had to face the problem of relocation concidering we were way far from each other!
So we decided to relocate and go to an other place
Our new locations are:
Snowstorm:
Location-200 | 602
Frostone:
Location-211 | 606
The problem is we couldnt find a betteR? place to relocate because there are a lot of big towns and also big players
Some people told us that we made a bad decision because we dont have a lot of food next to us!
So..
1)That relocate was that bad?
2)What we can do now?Relocate?

Also any more tips are greatly welcome
Thanks in advance
Snowstorm

And I told you to be balanced
And I told you to be kind

It just means that you won't be able to grow those two cities to their maximum possible population. You didn't pick "bad" spots; just not great ones from a food standpoint. For new cities, look for a square with 7 food (you can't settle a square with any resource greater than 7). Failing that, try to settle next to a square with more than 7 food (you use sovereignty to take advantage of it).

Once you've teleported to a new location, the only way to move again is through the "Exodus" technology. That's very expensive and time-consuming, and normally not worth the bother unless it's forced on you.

cities depends on the total population you have. And population depends on food the location you chose, snowstorm is bad because you will have difficulty having a big town. at the beggining its not a big problem but if you want to exapand and have more then 5 cities you might want to exodus to a better spot and better place you other city. On the other hand you have plenty of basic mineral so you could plan on harvesting minerals, wich are currently sold at 213 to 230 a-piece to buy food currently 2.5 gold apiece.

IF you have to defend that town your lack of food will be a problem anyone blockading you will make your town die out quick if your food is negative and you are depending on vans.

It all depends on how you wish to play :) I suggest you joining a training alliance  to learn more and to get illytool to help you in your relocation spots :)

P.S. it cost you nothing to ask those big player  if you might settle nearby. the worst thing that might happend is big player saying no.
