The Sieging Army will attack the defenders on the square (if hostile), and - if they win - then start the Siege Encampment. If the defenders on the square are friendly, the Sieging army will join the square and begin sieging as normal.

If a town springs up at the place that a Sieging / Blockading or Occupying army arrives, then the outcome depends on the relationship between the players. If hostile, then the Siege order becomes an Attack order, and continues as a normal attack. If friendly, the sieging army gets sent home. In both cases above, this is the theory I'm sure some of the more complex permutations might break things; but that's what is supposed to happen! Best, GM Stormcrow

One thing though. You say accounts not logged in for 4 weeks are candidates for immediate deletion...does this apply to accounts with unspent (purchased) prestige? A little more grace might be prudent in the case of unfortunate incidents.
Also, do these accounts get warning emails before then?

Hi HM, There are some caveats. Accounts with positive prestige balances (purchased, not granted as the starter gift) are not considered candidates for deletion; and remain in situ. We do not currently send out warning emails, but we will be adding this shortly. Best, GM Stormcrow
