What we obviously need in Illy is a trade lobby; gather support....   No taxation without representatation!!!!

How about splitting it into 'Listing Fee' and 'Sales Tax'? There should still be a charge for creating a Buy/Sell order, but if there's a happy balance to be had, this split would find it.

The terms of the Faction/Trade Hubs needn't be perfect or make us completely happy; those are the operating conditions or rules we engage them with, the same for everyone.
