   I think that it would be very convenient, especially for recruitment purposes, to have a way of simply hovering over a name and receiving statistics, without having to go to a different page.  That way, when browsing the map or seeing someone post in the forum/send a message, you can quickly asses their position.  A few thing's I'd like to see:
Total Population
Number of cities
Distance from you
Alliance
Going with that final point, I think that alliances should be able to be marked out.  For example, you could tint the sovereignty color of one alliance blue, and another red.  A few thoughts...

	+1 In addition, I really wish that when distances are listed already, they would use the shortest city-to-city distance rather than capital-to-capital. The latter figure can be extremely misleading, whereas the former is more likely to be at least meaningful.
