Hi all,
Sovereignty upgrade/downgrade processing and Quests (plus Buddy programme prestige referral credits and expired prestige bonuses) should all be back on track now.
Apologies for the issue; still looking into what caused it.
I'll get to the Petition queue on these issues over the next hours.

Its obviously universal. I am assuming the dev's are in the process of adding some new in-game goodies, and as usual in this field, almost every positive addition causes a small problem that was not caught in testing. Fingers crossed that whatever was changed to the game was something big.
And I agree, the forums are probably the best way to get something addressed by the dev's, if the problem is big enough. Don't think they would take kindly to a thread requesting player name changes.

I have the same problem ... new quests are more than overdue.  I've sent a petition ingame but perhaps its a good idea to post it also here.

I agree with Darkwords, I have a pettion that overs two months old and its message contents were me not getting my quest reward, not that time has passed, it no longer matters. However the point is the Devs have alot on their workplace via petitions and sometimes its best to complain on the forums where they regularly patrol.

Considering I have petitions that are over 1 month old and no longer relevant, which have never been picked up, I expect GC and this Forum is the best way to get this matter addressed.

How many of the people complaining about it in GC have actually bothered to put a petition in rather than just complain about it? If its not reported they may not know about it. As SC keeps saying they are not omnipresent.

yup, saw some people complaining about this since yesterday evening... Just wait a little while, I'm pretty sure it has already been petitioned and will be fixed as soon as SC or another devs sees it.
