Sovereignty Phase 1.5 of 4: There's a new Sovereignty page in the Castle which will summarise your Sovereign Claims.

There's also lots of new Sovereignty-related goodness on the world map when you click on squares.

Please note that - at this time - claiming Sovereignty has NOT BEEN ENABLED. You can research Sovereign skills (which you can find in the City technologies submenu of the Research Summary) but claiming Sovereignty is NOT YET LIVE.

Claiming Sovereignty will be enabled tomorrow afternoon server time (15JUL10).
