Buglet (resolved): Buildings on new town plots: We accidentally introduced a bug yesterday whereby: under some circumstances, players building a new building on a previously empty town plot were erroneously getting a message that the building had reached "maximum level" after levelling up.

Furthermore, the "levelling up" had not appeared to occur.

This issue is now resolved, any buildings have been completed and unstuck, and their benefits applied.

We apologise profusely for the inconvenience.
