Is it possible to change my capitol to the highest pop city? Ty

Exodus (or destruction) of your current capital will change it to your current largest city.

There are no significant advantages to which city is your official capital. Centrum visibility is very minor. Assuming you reach 10 cities, your capital will get the Famine Management discovery which allows 10% more size. The term Capital suggests that it is much more important than it actually is.
