As the subject says, I'm looking for new cities.

In the past, I just look around the map, use growth charts and other signs of inactivity to take cities but lately that just seems to make some other players so angry  for whatever reason. Seeming unaffiliated players and their alliance buddies threaten to wipe my cities off the map . Anyway, I'm a nice guy  so I don't even get angry when they destroy my about to be recalled sieges. Besides only an idiot would go up against an entire alliance .

Anyway, I digress. I'm looking for cities with some level of Research completed plus city specialities such as inquisitive populous would be handy. So if your the type of player who can help out without getting angry, perhaps we could start a discussion?
