Hi all,

At Koda's request, we've suspended players from being able to leave/quit their alliance - or to be kicked from their alliance - if they have an army currently in possession of a tournament square during the tournament.

For absolute clarity:

Between:

2016-05-17 00:00:01.000 and
2016-06-17 23:59:59.000

... players occupying a designated tournament square will not be able to leave the alliance they were a member of at the time of their arrival on this square, nor can they be kicked from the alliance whilst they have an army in occupation on a tournament square.

this could be a permanent feature of the game, imo. would there be any reason to object?

I can see a griefer occupying tournament squares - perhaps dozens of them - simply to avoid being kicked out of an alliance...

yes, i can see that. perhaps a better solution would be to prevent a player occupying a tournament square from joining an alliance?

THank you SC for adding this to the same after the Tournament starts (I have to tell the code to start running) I will send IGMs to alliance leaders letting them know of this

Well it's a good "shake down", test or whatever. There are bound to be glitches etc.

But it's the most fun I've had in illy so far :)

players can't be removed from alliances while holding tourney sq its good . but atleast allow us to change their roles within alliance .
