| I cannot log in. please read my previous post in this thread. I was just logged in with no problems changing pages and no lags. I am using windows 10 in chrome. I was able to do everything except see the markets. When I refreshed my page there were only large circles down the left side of the page and no graphics. I am completely tech unsavvy and have no idea what to do. I am not having problems with any other websites, such as my email, streaming vids or reading news. I have cleared my cache and scanned for viruses and everything else I can think of doing. I really need to log in because I left bacon out and the rats might get it. |

Terra - have you tried installing a different browser to see if that works? IE, Firefox.... Has Illy ever worked for you with the Win 10 / Chrome combo? If so, when did it last work? What changed at that point? C ------------- http://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/a/p/77750" rel="nofollow">  |

I currently use Windows 10 /w/ Chrome and have not had any issues related to this particular issue. The problem is probably related to something else.

It is also worth pointing out that if you have more than one browser running simultaneously that it could come into conflict with one another as well to the extent of either Chrome or Firefox failing to load your homepage as well. In which case you would then have to select with browser you want to keep use that and delete the one the other one from your system. I had this happen to me and deleted a browser and kept one and that resolve my issue.

| I am not aware of any browser running besides Chrome. Is it possible for Edge to be running if not open and I don't know it? Edge is the only other browser I have on this laptop and have never used it except to download Chrome when I opened the Laptop new. I've been ingame all day and sent a petition, mainly so Rill will stop telling me to. The problems were gone most all day but now things are slowing down again. Also this morning I couldn't see the markets from any city. |

| Well, this problem has ended. I occasionally have a tiny page lag but no problems logging in. I didn't change anything on my laptop, I just had to wait it out. I began noticing that it was worst beginning around 8pm Arizona time (-7 hrs). The page lag would last 2-4 hours then fix itself. This is the only pattern I found but a great lead, since it convinced me that the problem is associated with the spy satellites sent from the Lizard People. I sent a petition to them and am now living in a dungeon on their home world. Don't feel sad for me, the internet is fantastic! Seriously, I remember StormCrow writing something about the internet between California and Arizona so I believe it is related to that. Thank you for all the advice and help during my tumultuous time of Illy withdrawal. |
