Please check and confirm: since the beginning of this week I cannot Login through Chrome on my Windows 10 PC.

IE, Edge and Safari still work.

File some petitions, folks. Posting on the forum is well and good, but file a petition as well. That helps them systematically track stuff.

I am not speaking for Illyriad, just based on my experience as an Illy player.

you cannot file petitions when you can't log in. I have the same problem.

I just had this problem, page loading while logged in got worse and worse until I was unable to log in at all. Then it seemed to fix itself? Now I can log in and pages load just fine. I think Illy is using trucks to move the interweb sigunals across Arizona from California again? I also thought about filing a petition, but then I couldn't log in to do it.

I am currently using windows 10 with chrome and have not had any chrome related recently issues.

I think a lot of people use chrome for this game, as there are not widespread issues reported it will likely be something to do with your chrome.

If you have a second computer with chrome try logging in with it.

Please give more details, click the options in chrome is it the lattest build ? It should say if it is not.

Have you added any third party software to chrome recently if you have disable it and see if that helps.

Is chrome working normally for other sites ?

I think you problem and terraformers are different, and I have no suggestions for him/her.

I hope this helps or can help others find a solution for you.

Ok, Palmz

I was using Chrome version 49.0.2623.110 m (64-bit) and for more than 1 year suffered from the problem that I had to play with the authentification method before Chrome would log me in. I never experienced this with Edge or Safari.

Since Monday, Chrome did not want to log me in. I cleared cache etc. Did not help.

Will update Chrome now...

So I updated Chrome to Version 49.0.2623.112 m (64-bit) but that did not solve the problem.

I still cannot login with Chrome :(

If you can log in by any method, file a petition. If you cannot log in by any method, send a mail to accounts@illyriad.co.uk

No not accounts, it's faster to go to community@illyriad.co.uk.

I can try some troubleshooting, but our servers and everything else are working fine, so I cannot guarantee success. Still, contact if you cannot make a petition.

I have not heard of maybe 1 or 2 other players having login issues, but it's pretty typical in a given week. Also, it's pretty typical that the issue goes away pretty quickly due to wifi issues or something else, just to be honest.

As it is now, we are running fine, so I would recommend trying to recreate the problem on a friend's machine, or at the wifi at the local coffee shop or something. If it continues to happen, check your firewall settings, scan for viruses and stuff like that. Let me know.
