Hi there, I cannot log into the game :(

I just moved from home wifi to tethering from my tablet device and then tethering to my phone.

Tethering to the tablet:  get the 'ERR_CONNECTION_RESET' message (for the elgea.ilyriad.co.uk page, and illyriad.co.uk)
Tether to the phone:  goes immediately to the log in page, but the red 'Log In' button is not clickable.

Everything else on my laptop is working absolutely fine on both tablet and phone, only logging into Illy is having problems.

I'm on Chrome, Windows 10.

Any suggestions?

Marty

None here, will ask TC. He might have an idea. But try another browser in the meanwhile, try narrowing down when it happens exactly.

Is a bit strange that you can't access either.

elgea and www are in two different datacenters separated by hundreds of miles, hosted by two different companies and on different networks. (forum is at a different provider again)

They are however both east coast US; I assume your wifi and phone are different providers? There might be internet connectivity issues to east coast US?

Trying something from the same location but an entirely different url does this image load?

If it is a white page with a few blue markings on it, then yes it does.

Yes, phone and tablet are different providers.

That url leads to a white page with blue markings for me, Marti.

Hope to see you in game soon.

Those blue markings are in fact SIN cities on the map...

The error http://net-informations.com/q/mis/reached.html" rel="nofollow - this site can't be reached problem is usually generated mostly if you don't have a connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be triggered by a dead DNS server response or a firewall blocking the Google Chrome from locating the network.  DNS is that network address that translates the website name to its internet address.  Another reason could be the firewall preventing Google Chrome to load the webpage. In order to fix this “connection” error, there are a few simple steps that you could apply, such as:

Clear your browser cache.
Reset your IP address & flush the DNS cache.
Check proxy settings.
Disable your firewall.

This could be as simple as just your network might be bugging out. Simply try to fix it by clearing cache from your browser and this usually solves the problem for me. Cheers and Good Luck
