I have had this problem off and on for a few weeks now. It was only happening about once a week in the later hours of the night until day before yesterday. I could not get on after about 21:00 and was then able to get on the next morning. It then would not let me get on since about 20:00 and I still cannot get on. It goes to the Initalizing Game part of startup and then will not go any further. Time is Central Standard Time in US.

Please tell us some more information. Are you in a browser? Which browser? Which OS? 

What is your connection like?

Have you tried to log out, log in and restart?

Are you on the Windows app?

Any other info is good as well. 

The more info, the easier to maybe find a solution.

I am on Windows 8.1 using Internet Explorer.
I am running the windows app.
It is set to auto log me in and it gets past where it is saying that it is logging me in. It is on the last screen saying initalizing game, which is mispelled btw. The next thing that it normally does is bring up the game.
My internet connection is a line of sight connection. I can still get on the internet fine with all other programs that I use including IE. It is version 11.
The computer was bought new in February of this year. It is an ASUS ROG gaming laptop.
