Did a forum search, scanned the dev list, this one wasn't specifically mentioned (for my efforts).

Dipomatic mission reports (specifically the "failed" ones) don't specify how many units you lost. If you're throwing spies in all directions, it's a bit disconcerting not knowing how many more spies to throw at a stubborn town.
