Loading speed upgrades

Are the upgrades to caravan loading speed(Chain Gang, etc.) cumlative?

For example, Chain Gang increases loading speed by 5%, from 200/hr to 210/hr. Researching Goods Pallet says "a further 10%", so is that a total bonus of 15%, which is 230/hr, or is it 210+10%, which is 231/hr? Or is it added together at all(I doubt, since it says "a further xx%")?

If it's the first method, reseaching all the loading speed techs would be a total bonus of 50%, or 300/hr. For the second, it's 318/hr.

The former, maxing at 300/hr.

We generally don't do compound stacking in Illyriad's mathemathics.
