Network Connectivity Resolved

We have had reports from some customers regrading network connectivity issues to our network

here in Poole.

We have been informed by our upstream providers that they are experiencing issues with traffic

passing through Telecity Sovereign House in London.

Our upstream providers are working to fix connectivity that is affecting some customers and hope

that full connectivity will be restored ASAP.

Apologies for any inconvenience experienced.

Update 15:00
We have montored network traffic to our network returning to normal levels for the last 60

minutes. We are awaiting more information from our upstream providers to conform that

connectivity issues are fully restored.

Update 15:50
Our upstream providers have informed us that the connectivity issues are now resolved and

traffic has been stable for the last 2 hours. The information they provided is that multiple devices

failed and traffic traversing Telecity Sovereign House in London failed to be re-routed through

alternative gateways. They will be providing us with a full report in the next 72 hours when we

will know further information regrading this issue.
