Several traders have begun moving building materials to the Broken Lands. It's a long trip, and the only way to make it faster is to prestige bump the caravans from each individual city. This can quickly become an expensive proposition. I propose that we be allowed to bump all caravans incoming or outgoing to a specific hub, the same way we can bump all caravans incoming to a specific city.
