New Additions/Changes (02MAR):
- Buglet (resolved): Trade Offers
- An buglet allowing players (in limited circumstances) to accept
trades they could not fulfil their end of - but still sent the opposite
party's trade over - has been nailed.
- Adjustments to Research
- A few of the low-level City Research options have had their Research Time adjusted, and the Command skills have had their Research Points cost adjusted upwards (but not outrageously so).
Reinforcement is now a L7 Barracks prereq, and Occupy has come down to L5 barracks requirements instead of L9. Tactical Retreat (L7 Barracks) has been temporarily retired, as it didn't really do anything that Raid doesn't already. And finally, most of the stratagem skills have had their research time adjusted (some up, some down - but most up XD).
- Inter-alliance Diplomacy Page now live
- The Alliance Diplomacy page now shows all ingame alliances, ranked
by a variety of user-sortable factors, and with the Diplomatic options
(War / NAP / Confed etc) switched on.
So, who's going to be the first to return another alliance's diplomat - minus his head?
- Buglet (resolved): Spell Cooldown Effects
- Spell Cooldown now (correctly) applies to any new spells you
attempt to cast, from the same spell school, on the same target. This
means it is no longer possible to run (eg) continuous Runes/Glyphs
simply by expiring one Rune and immediately casting a second new Glyph
on your town.
You will now have to wait for the cooldown timer for the first spell to expire.
- Buglet (resolved): Storehouse storing more than it should
- Some of you may have been benefitting from the fact that the
Storehouse was storing an extra 500 resources that it shouldn't have
been. It doesn't anymore, so it's time to upgrade those Storehouses!
The change will take effect on your very next building upgrade (of any
type). Sorry.
New Additions/Changes (01MAR):
- New Guide - 4-armies-in-illyriad_topic50.html - Troops, Commanders & Armies: Building them & Causing Mayhem

- Change to allow http://uk1.illyriad.co.uk/view_prestige.asp - Prestige
to accept credit/debit cards in addition to PayPal. Paypal still
processes the transaction, but a PayPal account is no longer required
- Armies
- Armies page in Barracks remembers which army and division you were
editing when making changes and keeps the section open between changes
- Player Profile
- Search for player added to bottom of http://uk1.illyriad.co.uk/view_player_profile.asp - profile page
- Buglet (resolved) - Trade Caravan Capacity
- It was possible, under some circumstances, to send more caravans to
trade than you actually had available in your town. This has been
rectified.
- Buglet (resolved) - Trade Marketplace accept offer Divide by Zero error
- In the fixing of the bug above, a new one was released! Whilst this
did not actually effect anything in the actual mechanics, this should
now be rectified.
New Additions/Changes (28FEB):
- Buglet (resolved): Armies getting stuck
- Sending armies out on attack missions would occasionally result in
the army becoming stuck at the destination, and not returning. This has
been resolved.
- Buglet (resolved): Trade Quests
- If you built a tavern and researched Trade Contacts - but had not built a Marketplace
- when you tried to dispatch goods from the Quests page you would
receive an error. This now notifies you (on the trade page) that you
need to build a Marketplace before you can send goods.
