This is a call for help for a friend and GC regular who now cannot log onto illy (or even load the illy login page or the forums). This is for Sammies843, AKA Anyu, who has been absent from GC for some weeks now. This however is not by choice. For some time now all she's been getting when trying to load the various illy sites is a BAD_REQUEST error (this is consistent across multiple browsers, FF, Chrome, IE etc). Other methods (proxies are one example) do not work either. As far as i can tell through skyping her through some other methods, the problem does not seem to be coming from her end. If any devs see this, please help. We miss sammies on the GC, and would like her to get back on before her accounts get deleted. |

She got this issue after factions update? Because I can't login to Illy anymore at work after this update. -------------

I too have had multiple issues logging into the game. Sometimes I am locked out for up to an hour. I have tried Chrome and IE, but to no avail. SB

| NVM, problem solved. Had an idea and had her change her DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 . She's back on. |

My passwords stopped working had to go change them . why is that ? ------------- If Horses don't go to Heaven when they die. then I want to go where they go. |
