Hello, Last night i captured a new city and apparently there are a lot of problems in the city. The major of them is that i missing my resources plots(apart from food ones),and i can only have 1 resource plot of each resource... Its causing my new town to fall apart and i cant do anything... Please do something about it... ------------- "Tell them only that the Lich King is dead. And that Bolvar Fordragon... died with him." |

| An exodus will fix the problem. Depending on the size of the city you captured it would be a faster fix than waiting on the petition. |

I do not see anyone here saying they hate the developers. bolvar wrote a petition as soon as he was aware of the problem and then chose to write a new topic thread in Technical Support, so that he could obtain more attention onto his issue. In my opinion, this was a smart thing to do. He could easily end up waiting weeks or months for his petition to be noticed/reviewed and during that time, he would be losing the city he captured. ------------- Eternal Fire |

Exactly... Seems the customer support is not bothered on actually doing customer support... It is so bad considering how awesome their game is:( Still waiting for my ticket to be responded or here... Man! If only the Devs did anything at all. This game is dead. Customer service is nonexistent and they just don't care....ummm, what else? Oh, right...they are so distracted by BL they don't bother to even read petitions! I'm quitting next week, or next month, sometime soon, just you wait and see! ------------- |
