Identify Caster and Dispel Magic spells live

Two new school-less spells that allow you to identify another player's spell in action on your empire, and to cancel it.

The research pre-requisites for these two spells is available in the Magic research category, and you cast the spells from your Magic Summary page.

Apocrypha pre-requisite

This was incorrectly assigned to require a Mage Tower L15, the same as Ars Magica, and so has been changed to Mage Tower L20.

Players lucky enough to have researched this skill (or have research in progress on it already) are just that. Lucky.

Commanders & Raid Stratagem

Commanders involved on Raids now commit themselves fully to protecting the troops under their command and ensuring that troop casualties are kept to a minimum.

In practical terms, this means that Commanders on Raids now take full damage from the raid. Troops take casualties as normal (ie one third committment). So a raid against a superior defending force will result in the Commander's death. The remaining troops will bring the body back home.
