Hello,
Before 2 days i tried to change my accounts email but apparently i did wrong and i entered a non existent email.

I sent an email at your support but no answer.

The problem is that i cant login with both my previous email nor the new email and i am locked out of my account.

The user name or password provided is incorrect. Please try different information or http://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/Account/Register" rel="nofollow - create a new account .

If you have forgotten your username or password you can reset it on the http://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/Account/ForgottenPassword" rel="nofollow - Forgotten Password page.

My new email is not activated and doesn't work and the previous one is not in the database cause i asked for change..

Any ideas?

If the email address you entered in error is not taken, register it and try again. Of course, that's assuming it is possible (yahoo or some such).

On the other hand...two days? Start over. You won't be loosing much progress.

Sent the email two days ago
Have 3 towns in game and going for 4rth.

I am using Google mail to enter the game but changed it by mistake to a wrong one!(WAnted to just use my new Google mail)

If you can't access the email address attached to the account in order to get the password reset, it is difficult to verify the account is actually yours. You need to work on getting your email access again it sounds like.

It sounded to me as though he mistyped the email address which is why he can't get access to the one you guys have registered.

Obviously it's easy to say that and hard to verify.

Seems you didnt read my post!
I said i tried to change my email and i entered a wrong one(Possibly non existant) and i cant access my account at ALL!
Nor my previous email is working and ofc not the email i was going to use!
And also the email i entered doesn't work cause i didn't verify it!

I can understand your frustration. I have a question...

Have you tried to log in by using only your character name and password?

Have you tried to experiment with the different types of authentication?

Bolvar just start again - I don't think you'll get anywhere with the old one.

Careful what you tamper with. Find a good alliance to get you started and capture a few cities to reach the status quo.

Bolvar, I don't think you will get any help.  As GM Luna says, the only way she can know you are legitimately the account owner is through the e-mail account attached to the player account.  This is understandable from the perspective of Illyriad Games.

I hope you start over with a new account.

Is it possible to sent me a new verification email?
Cause i have created the email,tried to password recovery but the email is not verified and nothing happens.

I don't understand why is this so hard to change my email or sent me again a verification email.

Because, no offense but you might be someone else trying to take over an account.

Well, I believe you are the legitimate owner of the account but they probably need something more than believing in words (perfectly understandable), so you need some sort of a proof that you really are the owner of the account. I don't know how you can provide such data but try contacting them through e-mails. That is your best shot in this imo.

Seems they want me to quit the game cause i will not start all over again!
