XP sharing within army.

I've searched the forums and asked in GC, but I can't find a definitive answer to this question. I'm almost certain that it's been asked before and I just can't find the proper post.

Scenario: 1 army with 2 divisions. Division A is an elite division with a commander. Division B is a main division with NO commander.

Question: When this army attacks, will the Division A commander receive the xp for the entire victory?
