How do i check to see how far along my siege is?

you'll be prompted to raze or storm when the city reaches 25% of the population it had when the siege began.

You can go to your military movement page and click the 'seiges' link at the top right of that page, that will give you a table detailing your seige including what the current pop is and the target pop you require to raise/capture.
