The House of Plantagenet is a neutral alliance

We are here to have fun.  We have a structured leadership that will be led by the King of the Realm, yet democratic in organization through a Round Table government.  New and experienced players are encouraged to grow and help their teammates to grow.  We encourage all members to be active in the game. 

Our main focus will be on Trade yet we will also field a strong military option for self defense.  We will honor NAP treaties.  Our Confederations are our brothers and sisters in the game.

Any applicant that has been a member of 3 or more alliances in a year must give justification for their unsettledness.

Chain of command:

King of the Realm:  The highest authority of the alliance

Officers of the Court:  five varied officers; all have voting rights; .the scribe is not an officer,

·        Duke/Duchess of Diplomacy:  2nd in command will have controlling factors similar to the King of the Realm (one position)

·        Duke/Duchess of Trade:  3^rd in command;  Main focus will be to build trade for the alliance and see that people are trained properly. (one position)

·        Prince/Princess of Magic:  Focus will be on magic both defensive and offensive (should the need arise) spell casting. Will mentor and raise up those committed to magic.(one position)

·        Prime Minister:  The supreme military commander, responsible for the ultimate defense of the alliance. Will organize the military defense of the alliance(one position)

·        Knight of the Round Table:  Limited to the number of regions we have interests in.  The first level of officers responsible for the training and governing of the ranks below them.  Will be placed in charge of a region that holds interests of the realm.

Court Scribe:  Forums proof reader has no voting rights.

Colored Knights:  Professional soldiers of the Realm; directly responsible to the Knights RT; Mentors to the Professionals; Unlimited in number of positions except by maximum membership in the alliance.  The position to strive for/grow into; Different colors mean different responsibilities.

·        Blue; Trade

·        Black; Magic

·        White; Military concentration

·        Red; Diplomatic involvement military support

Professionals:

Those who have a chosen path and are focused on their growth and becoming a valuable member of the Realm.  

Traders, Magicians, Warriors, Diplomats

Citizens of the Realm:

Squire; a pre professional who’s focus is on building his/her cities and eventually decides what path they want to pursue. 

Serf; Entry level position which all members will go through for minimum of two weeks unless waived by the king.  More advanced players will be placed in the positions that are of most value to the alliance; should have two or more cities when leaving this position.

All members will subscribe to the Oath of Allegiance.  All Knights and above will additionally subscribe to the Knights Code.

Both codes are internal documents that focus on the overall enrichment of the alliance and the value of its members.  They are designed to enhance loyalty and trust in the leadership and all members.
