Bug selecting items to sell in hub

When placing a sell order at the market when I have a long list of items in the Hub, if I need to scroll to select the item when I scroll up or down if someone in General Chat says something it sends me back to the start of the item list.  Sometimes when there are people talking quickly its nearly impossible to scroll to select the item I want to sell as it warps you back to the start of the list.  I am using Chrome.

Maybe I missed that this Chrome oddity with an overlong selection list is related to global chat...  Anyway, sometimes you can bypass the problem:  Switch to the relevant hub instead of "all hubs", and go to the product you want to sell.  When you click on sell in this situation the form automatically suggests the current hub and the current product, and shows you how much you have there.  

This workaround fails if nobody else is selling or buying what you want to sell in the same hub. Unhappy
