Besides getting the city razed, and Exodusing, is there any way to change which city is your "capital"? I've been working on the Exodus/Teleport trick for quite a while now, and seem to have run into every problem imaginable...

| Either a third party captures or razes the old capital, or the old capital moves in an exodus, and then the largest remaining town will be the new capital. Otherwise the capital stays as is. Somewhere the devs mumbled something about allowing changes in the future, but I forgot where. |
