About a month ago Skorn was on a grape patch.  Had been there for a day when aravel from crow attacked and killed an army.  When asked why attacked aravel said it was his patch and had been there for weeks.  Ok no apology no reinbursement for lost resouces.  Skorn backed off and let him have it believing aravel's story that he had been there.  (Although in reality think he saw the army there and plowed it over anyways.)

 

Skorn had an agreement with moondragon (from wet or wes) to farm his soverign square one square from his city.  Skorn asked permission and since it was a large herb patch moondragon was very kind and nice in sharing when he didn't have to.

 

A day or so later aravel starts farming that square of moondragon's (1 square and on sov land of moondragon's).  Both Skorn and moondragon asked aravel to stop and even told their leadership.  Aravel kept on.  Moondragon first said he was going to put an army there to prevent aravel from farming but later decided that it was good idea to just share 3 ways that would unite the guilds and be good for everyone.

 

There was a loose agreement that they would alternate weeks in farming, but no schedule was ever made no dates set.  Originally it was just if noone was there it was open and could farm but if someone was there wouldn't farm.  Skorn only had like 20 herbalists and it was 80 patch that regened daily so no biggie. 

 

About a week ago Skorn gets a message from aravel mad about him farming on his week.  Skorn said hey man i didnt' know it was your week.  I won't farm there anymore on your week and Skorn didn't.  Told aravel that skorn was moving that city so that instead of sharing 3 ways it would be down to 2 ways.  And told aravel that skorn was giving his rare herb patch (5 squares from his city) that had been skorns only for weeks to moondragon to kinda pay moondragon back for being so kind and sharing with skorn. 

 

next thing you know aravel attacks skorn's army that was on his rare herb patch 5 squares from his city, kills his herbalists, and puts 3k army next to skorn's city on the rare herb preventing him from farming the last 2 days before the exodus.

 

skorn defending himself (self defense) launched 3 waves of armies 600 men or so total vs aravel's 3k.  skorn told the leaders of crow 2 days in advance and aravel an army was en route so aravel had plenty of time to move.  he didn't and in fact he reinforced it with another 2k army.  skorn lost all his men and commanders was blighted 3 times.  not just the city i was exodusing but skorn's main city as well.

 

now skorn was not the aggressor here.  aravel was.  he attacked skorn and he kept taking and taking and taking and pushing.  finally skorn stood up for himself.  now capricorne (the diplomacy guy for crow) wants to attack skorn for pay back for attacking aravel.  skorn never attacked aravel first.

 

isn't self defense in skorn's right when someone puts 5k army 5 squares from his city kills his army for the 2nd time and herbalists for 2nd time.  doesn't he have a right to defend his property his land?  i would hope the community backs skorn on this cause and some people plz ask capricore and aravel to just leave him alone.

 

skorn already moved his city to let aravel have it.  and instead of sharing 3 ways with moondragon he now has shared 2 ways.  i believe skorn to be on the right on this issue.  thanks for listening.

Shall rephrase and just say that Aravel should have respected moondragon's sovereignty & not harvest a tile that's just 1 square away from his city. And 5k units to occupy a square is abit excessive.
