| I also agree. Even just adding the prefix MM: to the beginning would help. I do this manually now and try to encourage others to do so, but sometimes I forget. |

I tend just to type (All-Alliance) in the subject or the message body (not that I've had to do that often). But yes, having it show automatically from the email meta-data (authentically; without possibility of deception!) would be good. -------------  |

It would be nice, yes, but doesn't the content and greetings make it obvious most of the time? When personal you adress the title-name, when general it's usually "greetings one and all", "greetings Ladies and Lords of the Realm" and such; and the content is... well, general: send armies here, renforce reinforce there, prepare this and that... I have yet to receive a message that makes me wonder whether is general or personal. |
