Advanced Resource Queues

There has been the occasional discrepancy in what the advanced resource queues are queued to produce and what they produce. This discrepancy was introduced when buildings were upgraded and sovereignty claims changed and the build times for the remaining items on the queues changed.

Additionally in the last few days a bug was introduced which would even more quickly reduce the amounts queued at these change points.

With the introduction of the crafted goods which uses a much more robust production system, we have taken the time to fix both these issues with advanced resource production; and added to the end of your town's production queues the production that has been lost from these queues, recently.

If you have a bunch of items in your production queues that you didn't expect, this is why.

Thank you ThunderCat!  Just as an oddity worth mentioning, I had 4 items in a tannery queue "destroyed" because I no longer have a tannery in that city.  Of course I probably did have a tannery when they "should" have been built, so you owe me 4 cows.  I'm not overly worried about it though.  Wink

As per petition #7660 and #7666 while the production time may have been fixed the quantity produced is still off. 

City #1 queued 10 sets of 10 cows - produced 205 cows
City #2 queued 1 set of 100 cows - produced 109 cows
City #3 queued 4 sets of 10 cows waiting for each queue to complete before entering the next amount - produced 97 cows
City #4 queued 100 sets of 1 cow each - produced 109 cows

I have a queue with 997 bows.  I would never order 997 bows -- always 1000.  There's still something wrong.

I went through and calculated out what it would take to even up my numbers and now they are all still off a few plus or minus.  I third the opinion that something is still wrong.
