Did I miss an announcement, this weekend only, all your queues at a speed factor 100, or similar? It's madness, my production queues output stuff faster than I can get new basic resources to fill them. Help:

Hm, thanks, it didn't happen again since I posted here, and I didn't switch sov structures between troop types since I posted here. /me considers a new Illy brain damage, apparent time travel by 144 horses or cows, but for that server time would also have to jump...

Grrhh, I can't close my own petition as obsolete, and adding a comment "answered by Luna + TC in the forum" auto-promoted it to a bogus "acknowledged, under investigation" state...
